All our fans have gone through a very careful process of quality control. Please kindly be reminded that all the fans are hand-made, none of them will be exactly the same as the other. We pack the merchandise carefully to prevent damages during transportation.  However, it is your responsibility to check that your order arrives complete and in good condition before you sign the delivery note.  Should you fail to do this, we will not be able to claim the damaged goods to the courier's insurrance.  If this happens, you must notify the damages in the delilvery note, and to us by e-mail (info@joseblay.com) indicating what items and quantity per item are damaged within 7 days upon receipt. Note: the return transportation will not be covered by the company.

The factory business hours are Monday through Thursday from 08:00 to 14:00 and 15:00 to 18:00 and Friday 08:00 to 14:00. The factory is not open on weekends; however, you can visit our onlineshop at any moment.

We manufacture all custom and exclusive collections of fans for campaign in Spain; we hire local professionals for the assembly, paint, and printing.  The commercial fans are made in both Spain and Asia.

Fans are made of 2 main materials, the fabric, and body (or frame).  For the fabric we use cotton or poliester. The frame can be wood, or plastic (polystyrene). We have different types of wood, some of them are painted and some others are not so you can see the beauty of the wood. Regarding fans with plastic body, we do not use recycled plastic to ensure that the colors and quality are always the same. To keep our tradition as a Spanish fan factory, we do not produce paper fans.

All our fans have gone through a very careful process of quality control. Please kindly be reminded that all the fans are hand-made, none of them will be exactly the same as the other.
