Our business hours are from Monday through Friday, 9:00 am. – 2:00 pm., and 4:00 pm. – 6:00 pm CET. During these business hours we will respond to you within 24 and 48 hours upon receipt of your email.

If you have contacted us during the weekend or holidays, please be aware that we will answer all emails the following business day and will work diligently to get all emails answered promptly.

In order for us to process your order promptly, payment must be made via a transfer to one of our bank accounts as indicated in the “Methods of Payment” section.

If payment is sent via wire transfer from a bank not appearing in the “Methods of Payment” section, the funds will not be immediately available to us. Please keep in mind your order will not be processed until full payment is received. Please allow approximately 2 business days for the funds to be received and your order to be processed.

Orders are processed on Monday – Friday from 09:00 am – 2:00 pm, and from 4:00 pm – 6:00 pm CET. Please be aware that payments transmitted and orders placed after business hours will be processed the following business day.

3.1 Delivery
Under normal circumstances and for items in stock, orders are shipped within 2 or 3 business days after receipt of payment.

3.2 Envíos
Items are shipped to the recipient(s) and address as indicated in the order.

Normally, order confirmations and invoices are sent to the email address provided by the client during online registration.

Any delays in receipt of order confirmations and invoices in no way indicate a cancellation or a delay in order fulfillment.

An order is considered fulfilled once the courier or driver delivers the package(s) to the client and the client confirms receipt by signature. Upon delivery, it is the responsibility of the client to verify and accept the condition of the items received and indicate any anomalies or defects on the shipping receipt provided by the courier or driver. Returns or requests for refunds are not accepted beyond 24 hours following delivery.

If no one is present to accept the shipment, the courier or driver will attempt to contact the client at the number provided on the order.

3.3 Transport
Normally, orders to addresses in Spain are delivered within 3-6 days. International orders are delivered within 8-14 days and in some cases may be delayed according to the destination country´s Customs procedures and may be subject to inspection. If you have any questions regarding your order, contact us at info@joseblay.com. Please provide your name, client number and contact telephone number.

Shipments will be delivered by the courier company indicated on the electronic order confirmation.

Shipments will be delivered Monday through Friday within the hours of operation of the assigned courier company and depending on its service areas and times.

For shipments to addresses outside of Spain, shipping options include two service levels: Economy and Express. Depending on the destination country and the weight of the shipment, these service levels may vary substantially in delivery time and cost. For more information or assistance in selecting the appropriate service level for your particular order, please contact us.

From the moment your shipment leaves our the Abanicos José Blay SA facility, the courier company will be solely responsible for the proper handling and delivery of your ítems. For inquiries regarding the status of your shipment, the reference or tracking number of the courier company will be provided to you via email.

3.4. Delivery Areas

The published prices found at joseblay.com are reflected in euros and are accurate except in cases of typographical errors. All prices are subject to applicable sales tax (IVA) at the time of order placement.

Special offers on products in our virtual store are show under the section “Ofertas/Specials” or are reflected in the product list and, unless otherwise indicated, are valid at time of purchase.

The current sales tax (IVA) applicable in Spain is 18% in addition to the cost of the merchandise. This tax is applicable to all individuals and businesses in Spain.

There may be additional costs to the client for commercial transactions outside of the European Union such as customs, duties and other destination charges collected in the destination country. The client is solely responsible for these additional charges.

We reserve the right to modify our prices without advanced notice.

Payment for your purchase will include shipping costs and applicable taxes for orders to addresses within Spain and elsewhere in the European Union. Orders to other destinations will only be charged shipping costs.

7.1 Return of goods
Our policy, in compliance with current regulations, is to grant the right to return any item purchased from our online store within 15 days from the date of receipt.

Before you make a return, you must notify it to our Customer Service Department by email, stating the order number, and the reason for return.

The Seller shall refund the amount of the sale upon receipt of the goods provided if they are in perfect condition; keeping the original packaging intact, and other protective elements, and also the original invoice.

  • If the reason for return was that the returned item is defective or does not correspond exactly to the reference number requested in the order, our company will replace your order back at no cost to you.
  • If the reason for return is that the goods do not satisfy you, we will refund the value of the merchandise, excluding shipping and financial costs of the return, by bank transfer to your bank account within 2-3 days from the return receipt.

7.2 Order cancellation
If the order is cancelled by the client prior to the merchandise leaving our facility, our company will reimburse you 100% of the total amount of the invoice less any order processing fees. In cases where the order is cancelled after the merchandise has left our facility, the client, upon receipt of the merchandise, will bear the cost of returning the items. Upon receipt of the returned merchandise, our company will reimburse you 100% of the total amount of the invoice less any shipping and order processing fees.

The Client, according to the standard privacy protection policies, understands that his/her personal information is transmitted during any phase of the transaction process and that our company maintains possession of the transmitted data for commercial, economic, accounting, finance and administrative purposes, as well as for communication purposes via SMS and/or email. The Client retains the right to access, correct, extract and dispute any data related to his/her personal record in writing and addressed to Abanicos José Blay SA,  Avda. The Client is granted the right to use the product but will retain no intellectual property rights related to the product.

The use of any online material published or visible on joseblay.com is absolutely prohibited and is protected by copyright, including any text, images, logos, designs, etc. wholly or in part.

The present General Conditions are set and interpreted according to Spanish laws and legislation.

You hereby accept the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Valencia in the event of a legal dispute with regard to the use of the contents put forward in our General Conditions.
